Our cancellation policy is as follows: -With 31 days = refund of 100% of the reservation. -With 24 days = refund of 75% of the reservation. -With 17 days = refund of 50% of the reservation. -With 10 days = reserve is not returned, but in a next stay, we take off 25% of the booking that has been made of the total amount of the stay. -With less than 10 days = the booking is lost.
